Which payment methods do you accept?

Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money, Wave) and bank cards, through our payment partner K-Pay. No payment data is stored on our servers.

In which currency am I charged?

Prices are displayed in US dollars. At checkout the amount is converted to the currency supported by K-Pay using a live exchange rate, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm.

Question 5

Does Pro renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Pro is prepaid for one month or one year. You choose whether to pay again when the period ends.

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. K-Pay emails a receipt for every successful payment. For an additional document, contact us from the Contact page.
