Using SwitchPro implies full acceptance of the following terms:

• Each account receives two free rewrites once, upon registration.

• SwitchPro may suspend any account breaching these rules.

SwitchPro payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Depending on the payment method and country, the gateways that may be offered are, in order: K-Pay, MaishaPay, Polar, then Paddle as a secondary option. Sensitive payment details are entered within the selected gateway’s secure checkout and do not transit through our servers.

• Renewal: payments are one-off, with no automatic renewal. You pay again manually to extend access.
• Pro access: activated as soon as the payment is confirmed and valid until the end of the paid period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. After an attempt at amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the competent courts of Goma.
